In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ck5555 website accessible at ck5555.ws and any associated mobile applications or services.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to ck5555, the operator of the Platform.
• "Member", "You", "Your" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Member on the Platform.

• "Funds" means any monetary balance held within a Member's Account, whether deposited or won.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or reload offer granted by ck5555 to a Member.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "INR" means Indian Rupee, accepted as an alternative deposit and withdrawal currency on the Platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the operative time zone for all Platform transactions and deadlines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process applied to Member accounts.

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and ck5555. They apply in conjunction with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Access to and use of the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

ck5555 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage. Where satisfactory documentation is not provided within a reasonable period, the Platform may suspend or close the Account and withhold any Funds pending verification.

4.1 Registration

To access the full range of Services, you must create an Account by completing the registration process on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. ck5555 may reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each Member is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to open multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, ck5555 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any Funds held therein.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ck5555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. ck5555 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where a Member is found to have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform. On closure, any remaining balance in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of all applicable KYC checks, subject to there being no pending investigations.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ck5555 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The available payment methods displayed on the Platform at the time of your transaction shall apply. ck5555 may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Requirements

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. ck5555 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and network conditions.

5.3 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your ck5555 Account. Before your first withdrawal is processed, your Account must have completed full KYC verification. ck5555 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes during BST operational hours; bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days. Withdrawal processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5.4 Currency

The Platform operates primarily in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka, ৳) and INR (Indian Rupee). Currency conversion rates applied by ck5555 are set by the Platform at the time of transaction and may differ from interbank rates. ck5555 is not responsible for any exchange rate losses incurred by Members.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

ck5555 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions on the Platform are monitored. We reserve the right to freeze Funds, suspend Accounts, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required. Members must not use the Platform for any purpose other than genuine recreational gambling.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All Bonuses offered by ck5555 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. Where no specific terms are stated, the general bonus conditions set out in this section shall apply. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion, all Bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before associated winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multiples are published with each promotion. Wagers placed on certain game categories (including but not limited to low-margin table games and live dealer games with specific bet structures) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards meeting Wagering Requirements. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

ck5555 takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing hedged or minimal-risk bets to fulfil Wagering Requirements; coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional offers; or exploiting any technical error, software vulnerability, or loophole to gain an unfair advantage. Where bonus abuse is identified, ck5555 reserves the right to void the Bonus, forfeit all associated winnings, and permanently close the Member's Account.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted at the sole discretion of ck5555. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time, including after acceptance, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, match manipulation, technical error, or where the bet was placed at an erroneous price. Acceptance of a bet by the Platform constitutes a binding agreement between ck5555 and the Member for that specific wager only.

7.2 Live Betting

During live in-play betting, odds are subject to continuous change. Bets are confirmed only when the Platform returns a bet receipt with a unique bet reference number. Bets not confirmed by a receipt are not valid. ck5555 is not liable for missed betting opportunities arising from connectivity issues, device failure, or delayed data feeds.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Member's Account in circumstances including, but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned; an obvious pricing error; market suspension resulting from data feed failures; or where the outcome of the event becomes uncertain due to external factors beyond ck5555's reasonable control.

7.4 Cricket Betting Specifics

For Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and all other cricket markets offered on the Platform, specific cricket betting rules — including rules on rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis method outcomes, player withdrawal, and match rescheduling — are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. Members are required to familiarise themselves with these rules before placing cricket wagers.

All casino games available on the Platform, including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, bingo, and specialty games, are supplied by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and payout structures as determined by the respective provider.

• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck5555, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services, even if ck5555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ck5555's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member to their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ck5555 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Members access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.

ck5555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. ck5555 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect the security of data transmitted between your device and the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to ck5555's internal complaints procedure. ck5555 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours (BST) and endeavour to reach a resolution within 14 days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, both parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation prior to commencing any formal legal proceedings.

14.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

14.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ck5555 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.

14.3 Waiver

Failure by ck5555 to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision, nor does it affect ck5555's right to enforce that provision at a future time.

14.4 Language

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English. In the event of any translation being made available, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity.
